Sneak Peek: My Lunchbox

Haha… tajuk tak hengat :D

I dah few days demam, panas badan and flu non stop. Sampai I angkut kotak tisu dalam keta and sentiasa bawa tisu ke mana-mana waima meeting. Tapi macam mana lagi, I tak boleh cuti sebab sekarang time payroll.

Demam-demam pon kena kerja juga… just tak stay back macam selalu lah :p

Hari ni bangun lambat sikit, sempat buat salad je untuk lunch. Tu pon ada leftover fish fillet, jadilah my very own fish fillet salad.. hehe.. as I always mention, I tak suka membuang makanan or membazir. So mostly I punya lunchbox memang I akan improvised leftover dinner je. Orang kat Negara lain susah takde makanan, so kenapa kita tak beringat.

Recipe: Strawberry Parfait

Resepi ni simple sangat. Improvised from the show I watched in Food Network Channel, and I named it my very own Strawberry Parfait. It is filling yet simple and healthy. I prepare untuk dessert buka puasa hari tu. Boleh tukar strawberry dengan pisang juga. I just use whatever yang I ada dalam fridge. Let us check it out~~

Ingredients:

 

3pcs digestive biscuit – hancurkan (boleh ganti dengan biskut marie)

6pcs strawberry – slices

Yogurt (vanilla or strawberry flavour)

Whipped cream

Glasses or plastic container

How to:

1 – Take the plastic container; make sure it is clean and dry.

2 – Put the crushed digestive biscuit and make it as a layer in the bottom of container. Layered it with yogurt then topped it with strawberry slices.

3 – Repeat the step above until you get 2 or 3 layers.

4 – Finish it with whipped cream and diced strawberry. Keep it cool in the fridge for an hour and you are ready to enjoy it.

Note: Semua resepi dalam blog ni is edible, just I tukar sana sini ikut citarasa and bahan-bahan yang I ada dalam fridge i.. sebab I ni keje, busy, tapi suka masak and tak selalu fridge tu ada semua benda yang I perlukan bila I nak masak or myBoo teringin makan sesuatu. Peace!

Setahun Berlalu…..

Today, 1^st August… genap setahun arwah abah pergi.. I still remember those morning, how chill is the weather. Masih boleh terdengar tangisan mak. Masih terngiang-ngiang perbualan dengan 999 dan paramedic pagi tu… I won’t forget.. ever…  raya ni tahun kedua tanpa abah.. mak nampak sedih puasa ni.. Mak sedih abah takde..  sedih dia tak dapat puasa kat kampong, takde orang teman.. we can’t let her alone, she fall sick twice this year. Alone in our homey in hometown...

Macam mana pon, abah tetap pergi. Tapi takkan pernah luput dari hati dan ingatan kami semua, anak-anak dan mak. Semoga roh abah tenang. Kami takkan sesekali lupa nak kirimkan doa dan Al-Fatihah untuk abah.

Hi… its been a long long time… all the dust, spider-cob, and I swear I saw lipas and rats running around this blog.. haha.. or it is cicak?? Omg~~

So many things happened. . I work hard in my professional area. I’m married. Happily. Alhamdulillah..

I’m gonna make this blog alive. Back on track. Coz I missed writing so much.

There are going to be a new face for this blog.. promise made to be complete! So do I.. haha.. till then in next post..

Planning!

Hiyaaaaaaa… meet again.. I’m busy with my new work.. busy with wedding planning…

Yup! Wedding bell is ringing~~~ InsyaAllah…

Honestly.. this entire planning-a-wedding is tiring and worn me out. Now, 135 days before the wedding. But I almost kering, where more than 70% things not done yet, not paid yet.. haaa cry out loud!.... I’m definitely not rich girl, no one to sponsor me.. all by my own.. now what I can do to minimize everything, I will do it.

In the meantime, I’m looking for other alternative to find extra money.. any suggestion??
